Anxiety and burnout can have a huge impact on your employees and the service they provide to others. This course helps workers to recognise when they’re reaching the point of burnout (as well as their colleagues) and how to prevent it from happening. Improvements in these crucial areas support employees’ mental health and help employers retain their staff.
The course provides advice and guidance on signs, symptoms, signposting and interventions to enable an effective, resilient workforce. Learners look at understanding anxiety and burnout and how this links to personal resilience, as well as identifying ways to reduce anxiety and prevent burnout. They’ll also learn to relate anxiety and burnout to days lost at work, and understand the importance of resilience in workplace settings.
This course is suitable for employees of all levels.
The assessment for this course will be completed remotely.
