FAQs

We deliver a mix of both face-to-face and online training. The options available will depend on the short course which you choose. Our online short courses are delivered by real people in real-time. Learners will be able to ask questions and interact with their Training Consultant to really get to grips with what they’re learning.

Continuing Professional Development, or CPD, is the enhancement of personal skills and proficiency to ensure a professional’s skills and knowledge are relevant and up to date. As all of Connect2Care’s short courses are certificated and our qualifications are regulated by Ofqual, these count towards active learning CPD.

Depending on the type of short course chosen, delegates will either receive a certificate of attendance or be invited to an assessment where they will obtain a qualification upon passing.
