Operations Director Graham Knott is passionate about helping people and businesses reach their potential.
He originally joined HIT Training in 2007, moving on in 2018 for the world of end-point assessment as Business Operations Director at Professional Assessment. Graham then returned to HIT, and his training provider roots, in February 2024.
Following a successful 10-year career in hospitality, Graham moved into work-based learning in 2003 driven by a desire to utilise his experience of the sector and help others.
Progressing through a variety of training delivery, quality assurance and operational management roles with various training organisations, Graham accumulated vast experience of the training sector culminating in a five-year tenure as Operations Manager for HIT in the north of the country and developing the business into a significant, multi-sector operation with an emphasis on quality.
Graham has gained a reputation for growing successful teams and building excellent client relationships. He strives for excellence of service and training delivery and is passionate about providing opportunities for social mobility.
Outside of work, Graham loves the great outdoors and photography. He can often be spotted on remote Lakeland fells with his flask and camera.
Graham also recently acquired his purple belt in Shorai martial arts and is continuing to work towards black belt.
