We’re absolutely delighted to unveil the winners of the C2C Heroes Awards! A huge congratulations to each and every one for their incredible success! The judges were blown away by this year’s entries and the immense value each winner has added to their sectors through their apprenticeships.

We received fantastic entries showcasing the remarkable impact of apprenticeships on both individuals and businesses. One story highlighted the journey of an apprentice who since completing their apprenticeship, has taken on various crucial roles including dementia champion and end-of-life champion.

Another inspiring entry showcased an employer’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning.  With a dedication to excellence and a focus on sustainability, this employer exemplifies the transformative power of apprenticeships in driving professional growth, enhancing service quality, and fostering a supportive work environment.

As you may have seen, the names of the winners and stories of their outstanding contributions to industry were revealed during National Apprenticeship Week to highlight the important role that apprenticeships play within adult care, funeral and early years sectors.

Celebrating the C2C Heroes Awards is more than just recognising excellence; it’s a testament to the transformative power of apprenticeships. These awards shine a spotlight on the remarkable dedication of our apprentices and their employers, whose collaborative efforts drive innovation and excellence in our industries. We extend our warmest congratulations to all the winners, whose outstanding contributions serve as inspiration for the next generation of talent.”

– Mike Worley, Managing Director of Connect2Care

The C2C Heroes Awards aims to recognise the amazing work of both apprentices and apprenticeship employers across the country and celebrate the individual drive and development of apprentices to become future hospitality and retail leaders.
