The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, the role of business administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The benefits of the excellent training provided to our staff have reverberated throughout the home. Staff feel more empowered and valued at all levels, not just care staff but ancillary staff too. The staff has a great thirst for knowledge which we are quenching thanks to Connect 2 Care and HIT Training.
