Charlotte Armitage

I’m Charlotte Armitage, based in West Yorkshire and passionate about Early Years. I have a wealth of experience in the sector and I’m currently the Early Years Sector Lead at Connect2Care/HIT Training. I’m dedicated to ensuring all children have the best start in life possible through my work and beyond. My specialties include early years policy, training and development as well as leading and inspiring others to make a difference. I’m excited to keep learning and making a positive impact in the Early Years sector.
