Keep educating whilst in lockdown with Connect2Care

At Connect2Care, we understand that the COVID-19 outbreak will have had a huge impact on your day-to-day operations. We’re continuing to work hard to support you and your apprentices through these challenging times for our industry.

As you’ll have seen in our previous update, we’ve adapted our training delivery model to continue educating your apprentices and minimise the disruption to their learning as much as possible.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve received fantastic feedback from both clients and learners about our new interactive online workshops and one-to-one online learning.

Supporting your talent

We understand that many of our employer partners in the adult care sector are being placed under additional strain and looking for new talent to join their teams. To support you to do this, our apprenticeship recruitment teams are still fully active and here to help. Please contact your local account manager or business consultant, alternatively you can email info@connect2care.net for more information.

In some cases where our apprentices have been furloughed, employers have found that by continuing their employees’ learning, their workforces are increasingly engaged and passionate about returning to work as soon as they can.

We’ve kept our doors open to support you to do just that. If you’d like to enquire about enrolling staff onto apprenticeships or short online courses, again contact your local account manager or business consultant, alternatively you can email info@connect2care.net.
