This apprenticeship provides a strong foundation in early years education, equipping your staff with the skills and understanding to support every child’s growth and development. Learners gain essential knowledge in safeguarding, health and safety, and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework while building the confidence to design engaging play activities and create inclusive, nurturing environments.   • Entry requirements: Employers will set their own entry requirements in order to start this apprenticeship.
  • Course duration: The minimum duration is 8 months, our recommended duration for this programme is 12 months.
  • Course delivery: Our blended approach combines face-to-face personalised support and online learning to ensure flexibility, progress, and meaningful development for every learner and employer.
