Before and at the Start of Your Apprenticeship

Explore your career pathways in adult care, early years, and funeral services. Learn to write a CV, build a professional brand, and develop your confidence. All 16–18-year-olds complete online safety and safeguarding sessions. You’ll also have a one-to-one session with a careers adviser to discuss your goals and next steps.

During Your Apprenticeship

Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll have opportunities to meet employers, experience the workplace, and take part in sessions on wellbeing, communication, and teamwork. We’ll help you understand equality, diversity, and inclusion and how these values shape your career.
