Grow Your Care Team with a Foundation Apprentice
Our Foundation Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care helps you bring new talent into your organisation — individuals who are passionate about making a difference and ready to start their journey in care with real purpose.
Over an 8-month structured programme, Foundation Apprentices gain hands-on experience within your care setting, building essential skills such as teamwork, empathy, and person-centred care. Supported by expert Connect2AdultCare trainers, apprentices quickly grow in confidence and competence — becoming valuable members of your team from day one.
Employers can receive up to £2,000 per apprentice (max. 7), which is paid in instalments as outlined below:
- £667 after 90 days on-programme
- £667 after 242 days on-programme
- £666 progression bonus if the learner completes the programme and starts a full apprenticeship within 6 months, remaining with the same employer.
