Connect2Care, the leading provider of training and apprenticeships in the care sector, has been awarded Endorsed Provider status from Skills for Care for the second year running.

The only national apprenticeship training provider in the industry to hold this accolade, Connect2Care scored 100% in all seven categories in the rigorous quality assurance process.

Commenting on the news, Lindsey Appleby-Flynn, National Lead for Connect2Care, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have once again achieved this prized endorsement from Skills for Care. The accolade is wonderful recognition of our ongoing commitment to providing exceptionally high quality training and bespoke programmes tailored to the needs of our clients’ businesses, employees and most importantly those who use care services.

“We believe that apprenticeships are the life blood of the care sector and plan to build on today’s news by working towards the Skills for Care Centre of Excellence status. We have also been chosen to sit on the adult care Trailblazer group, which is such an honour and a testament to the hard work the team has put in this year. As part of the group, we’ll be helping to develop the new care standards and setting up the care apprenticeship board, which will govern all the endpoint assessment companies.”

Further demonstrating its status as the leading apprenticeship provider in the industry, Connect2Care has been awarded a Good grade by Ofsted, receiving praise for the contribution its apprentices make to improving employers’ businesses and its high apprentice completion rates.
